Soups, pasta and main dishes in sauce can be served in our soup bowl with the typical red borchardt logo. In our restaurant we use it for our famous bouillabaisse and lobster bisque, which you will soon be able to purchase in our shop.

Our porcelain series, inspired by the rich tradition of borchardt, is a tribute to its over 170-year history. For many of our guests, our plates and bowls are a reminder of the unique and special evenings you spent in our restaurant.
